Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Services include all the graphic designs, cartoon designs, flyer designs, social media marketing packages and all other services which are delivered online.

These services will be started once the payment is completed and delivered before the agreed deadline.

You can track the status of your order from your “Order Tracking” section on your account page on the website.

Yes, if the order is not started or not shipped you can ask the support team via email support@aconceptiv.com or using Contact Page to change the order.

Depends on the service and the delivery time will be mentioned in the service ordering page.

Payments Related

You can purchase on our website using a PayPal and debit or credit cards. We also accept payments using Payoneer.

Currently we don’t offer Payments after Delivery. Payments should be made when placing the order.

For custom quotations at least 50% payment should be made before starting the project.
